Four Nights In A Row

At night in dreams you visit me
At dawn I ask how could this be?
I've never thought of you this way
But now my heart wants you to stay
The first four night you hold my hand
The fifth night was our final stand
And now we part, go seperate way
And hope to meet another day
The sky is bright, the sun still shine
My world is dark cause your not mine
Tonight I see a shining star
It seem so close and yet so far
I wish to go back in those dreams
And flow to you like a river streams
I dedicate this poem to you
And hope someday this love come true
I want you here right beside me
I fool myself that love is free
But there's always a price to pay
If goal is not set we drift away
My days alone left me in tears
One night with you worth a million years
Why do I cried these foolish act?
Your far from me and that is fact
I only have myself to blame
My biggest prize was to know your name
Now I understand what you tried to show
I've finally realize, four nights in a row
The meaning in those dreams you left behind,
My obsession for you has made me blind
There is no darkness in what I see
There's only light you bring to me.
